Today marks Bidwell Henderson’s 10th anniversary, and we’re taking a moment to reflect on our accomplishments from the past year. We’ve had some amazing achievements, including promotions, graduations, awards ceremonies, and parties.
We would like to thank the Frenkel Topping Group for their continued support, which has enabled us to grow and pursue our vision.

We celebrated Bidwell Henderson’s 9th birthday with snacks at our Head Office, followed by a quiz hosted by Chelsea Allcock. All team members were able to participate via Teams 💻.
July
Sandra Cassidy joined the Bidwell Henderson team as a Trainee Costs Draftsperson.
We launched our Legal Aid Costs Course for the 4th time.
August
Ann Henderson wrote an article on expert tips on how to get your Legal Aid costs assessed and paid by The Legal Aid Agency on the first try for the Partners in Costs Magazine.
We celebrated Chandler turning 21 in style. We all wore something beginning with the letter C.
Rio Powell joined the processing Team on a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
December
Everyone was feeling in the Christmassy mood in December from Christmas Parties to Christmas Jumper Day.
Laura Shepard joined the Processing Team.
January
Heather Shipley won the “Think Differently” award, and Alicia Martin was shortlisted for the “Resilience” award at the FTG Get Together that took place on the 25th of January.
We welcomed Oscar Goodman, Niamh Lynch, Mathew Jesuthasan, and Olivia Smith who joined the team as Trainee Costs Draftspeople. Also, Chandler Edlin and Benjamin Peniaar joined the January cohort, having transferred from other departments within Bidwell Henderson.
Katie Stewart received a promotion to Operations Manager and Beth Brayshaw received a promotion to Legal Aid Manager.
February
The Admin Team achieved a record-breaking month in January by booking in over 550 files. We would like to express our appreciation to our clients for making this achievement possible.
Salma joined the Inter Partes Department and Tara Dakin joined the processing Team as a Business Administration Apprentice.

Beth Brayshaw and Megan Kutter collaborated on an article for Partners in Costs Spring Edition.
Everyone at BH got involved with World Down Syndrome Day by sharing their odd socks.
Bidwell Henderson is a Finalist for the Best Employee Development Programme (In-house) category at the UK Company Culture Awards organised by Don’t Panic Events. We’re thrilled that our Trainee Costs Draftsperson Program has been recognised for its excellence in providing our Trainees and Employees with opportunities for learning, growth, and progression.

National Pet Day, we celebrated National Pet Day by sharing photos of Bidwell Henderson’s adorable pets. From adorable doggos to majestic felines, our pets bring smiles and happiness to our lives every single day.
Laura Kirby joined the Inter Partes Team and Jean Radford joined the admin team as a Business Administration Apprentice.
