Today we are celebrating Bidwell Henderson’s 9th Birthday. We are taking a look back at the amazing achievements and big news, such as promotions, graduations, awards ceremonies, and parties from the last year.
Once again, we would like to thank the Frenkel Topping Group for their continued support, making it possible for us to grow and continue building on our vision.
Some of our biggest achievements during our eighth year includes:
17th May 2022 – Our Newcastle office relocated.
21st June 2022 – Sarah Hill completed her Level 3 Administration Apprenticeship. Sarah joined our Legal Aid Costs Draftsperson Programme in May 2022; she has shown immense amounts of potential, and we can’t wait to see how she continues to progress.
23rd June 2022 –The launch of our virtual Legal Aid Costs Conference, where we had a record-breaking 512 participants sign up.
1st July 2022 – ACL’s Manchester Annual Costs Conference, Zobia received her certificate for completing the Costs Lawyer Qualification in January 2022. The certificate was presented by Master James.
12th July 2022 – We were proud sponsors of the Disability Rights award at the Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year Awards 2022.
22nd September 2022 – Our trainees attended our first annual graduation day at Frenkel Topping Head Office in Manchester to celebrate their achievements on our award-winning training programme. Samantha Wright’s promotion to Training Coordinator was also announced during the ceremony.
29th September 2022 – Our team attended the Frenkel Topping Charitable Foundation Masquerade Ball.
4th October 2022 – We welcomed our 3rd cohort of 2022. Ibrahim Tania and Nikolas Schneider joined our growing team.
5th October 2022 – Rebecca Bidwell was promoted to Managing Director of Bidwell Henderson.
7th October 2022 – Bidwell Henderson are proud to announce that we are now Disability Confident Committed!
4th January 2023 – Our new cohort of trainees; Yigithan Boke, Dean Nicholson, and Karen Wood joined the team, on our award-winning programme with our expert training team.
6th-12th February 2023 – We celebrated our current and former apprentices for National Apprenticeship Week.
15th February 2023 – Our new website went live! Massive congratulations to the marketing team for making this happen.
27th February 2023 – Our Legal Aid Costs Course platform was launched for the first time. A total of 110 Tickets were sold.
2nd March 2023 – Mark Bidwell and Adam Fox attended the Modern Law Awards, as we were shortlisted for Supporting the Industry (26+ Employees). We were extremely proud to have been shortlisted for this award out of hundreds of applications!
10th March 2023 – Gemma Vallance took on the new job role of Processing Team Manager.
31st March 2023 – Our admin team have had four record breaking months since our last birthday by booking in 300 files in July 2022, 350 in November 2022, 450+ files in January 2023, and an impressive 501 files in March 2023.
11th April 2023 – Daniel Goddard joined the team as our Inter Partes Training Manager.
