Our trainee graduation ceremony took place on the 22nd of September 2022, our team headed up to the Frenkel Topping Head Office to celebrate the amazing achievements of some of our former and current trainees.
Our training team were keen to hold a ceremony to fully celebrate what Bidwell Henderson as a whole has achieved. From the creation of our bespoke training programme to the fantastic trainees we have bought in over the last 2 years, who have proved their commitment and talent ten times over! Rebecca Bidwell, Director, gave a wonderful speech to kick off the trainee graduation ceremony, and later on ensuring to highlight the individual strengths of each trainee.
A massive congratulations to all graduates of the Training Programme – Sam, Emily, Celine, Megan, Chloe, Beth, Joe, Andrea, May and Jess. Each trainee was presented with a trophy of celebration by Richard Fraser for completing the Training Programme, they were also presented with a Record of Achievement with certificates to mark each of their milestones accompanied by some kind and encouraging word from our training team, Rebecca Bidwell, David Smith, Heather Shipley and Sam Wright.
It was also great to have a speech from Richard Fraser, CEO of Frenkel Topping Group, who fully captured the spirit of the day by speaking about how Frenkel Topping came to be and how Bidwell Henderson enhances the services which the group can now offer to its clients. He spoke greatly about the training programme and how this was a major factor in the acquisition.
Rebecca and David were particularly excited to announce the promotion of Samantha Wright as she takes over as Training Coordinator, after joining the team in November 2020, Sam has worked extremely hard and shown her commitment to Bidwell Henderson. We couldn’t think of anyone better for the job!
After the ceremony a fantastic lunch spread was put on at the Frenkel Topping Head Office for our team to enjoy. Our team were then able to enjoy some catch up time, as many of our trainees and training team are located across the UK, with both the BH team and the Frenkel Topping team.
A massive thank you to everyone who has helped to organise this event both at Bidwell Henderson and Frenkel Topping, our marketing team has worked tirelessly for the last few months to organise a great day. We’re already looking forward to our next graduation ceremony.
